FrameRight Camera · Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FrameRight Camera ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app. We built FrameRight to work entirely on your device — we do not operate a server, do not require an account, and do not collect or store your photos.
FrameRight uses your device's camera to display a live viewfinder and analyze framing/composition in real time. This analysis happens entirely on your device — camera frames are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored by us. When you capture a photo, it is saved directly to your device's gallery (DCIM/FrameRight folder) using Android's standard MediaStore APIs. We do not have access to, and do not retain copies of, any photo you capture.
Free-tier users are shown banner advertisements served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), general device information, and approximate location to serve and measure ads. This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. You can review how Google handles this data in Google's Privacy Policy, and manage ad personalization in your device's Google Settings → Ads.
Upgrading to FrameRight Pro removes all advertisements.
FrameRight Pro (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) is sold through Google Play's in-app billing system. Payment details (card numbers, billing address, etc.) are handled entirely by Google Play — we never see or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation from Google that a purchase was completed, which we use locally on your device to unlock Pro features.
FrameRight is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
